Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase of our credit points, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Our platform serves as an advertising media for agents. It is our intention to offer a business opportunity for you as an agent to grow your business. Hence, your investment in the advertising of listings and mappings is a long term process in garnering support and influence among customers who come to findWHERE.info.

Being an intellectual property of advertisement, your listings and mappings in this platform are yours. Therefore, we hope that they will result in business deals for you and your team of agents. Whether such is the case, the platform does NOT know. But do NOT worry, the platform does NOT share any of the deal done by individual advertisers. We are just doing our job as ADVERTISER. Conversely, the platform charges its advertising cost from the credit you paid. Which means, the credits utilized or still in the E-wallet, are yours to be dispensed of.

This is not a financial institution, hence there is no interest or any retaining commission being paid for credits owned in the platform. All credits in the E-wallet are to be used for Advertising purpose in findWHERE.info only. No return or refund is allowed beyond the 7 days period as stated above.
