Mengikut Peraturan di atas, findwhere.info adalah:

  1. Laman Web yang dinamakan “findwhere.info” yang dikendalikan oleh AgentMY Online (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd 202301041605 (1535524-W) sejak 20 OKT, 2023.
  2. findwhere.info

  4. Tingkat 2, SubLot 15, BK Square, Jalan Batu Kawa, 93250 Kuching, Sarawak.
  5. Menyediakan pengiklanan atas talian demi pelbagai ejen-ejen yang menyebar urusniaga & produk masing-masing.
  6. RM5 dan RM10 setiap iklan (post) dalam bentuk “Kredit” bagi setiap iklan yang diterbitkan dalam platform. Kredit ini diberikan sebagai percuma sehingga laman web mendapat cukup pelanggan pada masa depan.
  7. Dengan bayaran ATM atau Bank-Bank (Kod QR atau atas talian berasingan) dan BUKAN atas talian dalam laman web sebab tiada “Gateway”.
  8. Tiada bayaran balik (NO REFUND). Boleh buat aduan, dan akan dipertimbangkan mengikut keadaan kes. Ini disebabkan laman web ini adalah pemeriharaan hakcipta intelek. Pelanggan menerbitkan iklan dengan kehendak diri sendiri, setelah ditapis dengan kesesuaian atas pematuhan peraturan yang sedia ada.
  9. Dalam 24 jam.
  10. Tiada kesan ke atas keselamatan atau kesihatan pengguna sebab ianya berbentuk bahan iklan.

  • findwhere.info

  • 2nd Floor, SubLot 15, BK Square, Jalan Batu Kawa, 93250 Kuching, Sarawak.
  • Providing online advertising for various agents who spread their respective businesses & products.
  • RM5 and RM10 per advertisement (post) in the form of “Credit” for each advertisement published on the platform. This credit is given as free until the website gets enough customers in the future.
  • With ATM or Bank payment (QR Code or separate online) and NOT online on the website because there is no “Gateway”.
  • No refund. Can lodge a complaint, and will be considered according to the circumstances of the case. This is because this website is a repository of intellectual property rights. Customers publish advertisements at their own discretion, after being appropriately filtered for compliance with existing regulations.
  • Within 24 hours.
  • No impact on the safety or health of users because it is in the form of advertising material.
